We make your child smile day after day.Admission is offered from Pre- Primary (LKG) Classes to std XII- Registration for admission To Pre-Primary commences from First November every year. Students can register for admission to all other classes before First March of every year. It is based on the availability of vacancies.
• Admission is granted purely on the basis of merit.
• Only children who have completed three and half years on 1st of June of the year of admission will be admitted to lower KG class and the same rule is applicable in admission to the higher classes .
• Students from other schools, who seek admission will have to appear for an entrance test. They should produce transfer certificate. Birth certificates should be produced in the case of entrants to Nursery classes.
• In case of new admissions, fees for all previous months of the year of admission will have to be paid irrespective of the term, month or date of admission.
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE SCHOOL
Students should always keep themselves clean.
While attending school they should wear clean and well pressed school uniforms. Girls should plait and tie their hair with brown elastic bands / ribbons on both sides.
Pupils are not allowed to cut classes. If a Parent/Guardian however, desires to take his child home during class-hours he might do so only if permitted by the Principal/teacher in charge.
Pupils should attend school regularly. Leave note from the guardian should be brought in case of absence due to unavoidable reasons like illness. For absence of more than five consecutive days a medical certificate will have to be produced.
The conduct of the students inside and outside the school will be watched by the authorities. Disorderly behaviour either, inside or outside the class will call for stern action.
Running about in disorderly way in school campus, singing indecent songs, quarrelling with others etc, are punishable under the school rules.
Pupils are expected to keep the classrooms and the school premises clean. They should not disfigure the walls or leave scraps here and there.
Pupils are not permitted to bring to school any book other than the class or library books.
No pupil shall wear jewellery or ornaments while attending school.
Keeping their belongings is the responsibility of the pupils. They should not leave their books, Tiffin boxes, umbrellas, etc, carelessly either in the class rooms or in the school premises.
Children suffering from infections/contagious diseases are not allowed to attend the school.
Parents should see that their wards strictly adhere to the school uniform and school rules.
Parents can be helpful to the staff by paying attention to regularity, punctuality and discipline of their wards.
Parents are not permitted to meet pupils during school hours.
Parents are not permitted to go or wait near the class rooms.
Parents must inform the school any change in their address immediately on occurrence.
Parents may meet the Principal to discuss with him/her matters concerning the progress of their children.
Pupils who come late will be admitted to the class only with the permission of the Principal.
Pupils at all times should show respect and deference to the teaching staff. They should be gentle and polite to their companions.
No loud shouting or whistling is allowed in the school premises. It is strictly forbidden to throw anything at another or at the fruit bearing trees.
Exchange of articles or money transactions between students are not allowed.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of home work, disobedience and disrespect towards teachers and other members of the staff and other reprehensible behaviour may entail dismissal from school. Pupils are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct in and outside the school.
Every student must take part in school games and other activities unless declared physically unfit, or exempted by the Principal.
Parents are requested to co-operate with the staff and ensure the progress of their children, by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking an interest in their children’s work. They should check the Diary daily and note the home work set.
Besides the three terminal examination reports, mid-term examination reports will also be sent to parents. Parents or guardians are requested to examine the reports carefully and pay additional attention to see that the children make special efforts to study those subjects in which they are weak.
Parents are requested to take due note of the reports sent by the School Medical Officer and send information to the school regarding action taken by them.
Students are directed to bring towel to be used at the time of lunch. Students who violate the general rules will be expelled from the school.
Parents can meet the teachers only on working Saturdays between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm.
